Tové Kane is an award-winning international speaker, voice artist, author, coach, and Laughter Yoga Master Trainer based in Belfast. Through her signature blend of humour, mindfulness, and NLP-infused coaching, she helps women reconnect to their inner joy and resilience — especially during life’s toughest seasons. Tové believes laughter is not just medicine; it’s a miracle of the human spirit. My Story
(The short version… because life’s already long enough.)
Once upon a Monday, when the coffee was weak and the meetings were strong, I realised something: most workplaces were operating on fumes… and those fumes were stress, overwhelm, and the occasional passive-aggressive email.
So I set out on a mission — not the kind involving capes, though I’ve been tempted — but the kind where you help people stop running on cortisol and start running on connection.
Armed with a background in communication, behaviour change, and an uncanny ability to laugh at myself before anyone else can, I began weaving Laughter Yoga, improv, mindfulness, and NLP into a brand-new way of working.
Why?
Because our nervous systems love a good plot twist.
And laughter delivers one instantly.
Over the years, I’ve coached CEOs, teams, and brave humans who’d forgotten what joy feels like between 9am and 5pm. And every time I saw someone’s shoulders drop, eyes brighten, or confidence return, I thought,
“Well there you go… another tiny workplace miracle.”
Now I help organisations shift from “We’re exhausted” to “We’ve actually got our spark back.” I help people feel better and work better through embodied joy.
