What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes, an open mind, and a willingness to laugh (a lot).
Our Emerald Isle is prone to four seasons in one day, so a puffer jacket and layers!
Also, if you like walking, bring hiking shoes or boots (it's usually wet underfoot)
Bring a fancy dress/party outfit for the party night (the wilder the better!)

A taxi from Ballycastle town centre
to the Corrymeela Centre (our retreat venue)
typically costs around £8–£15 based on local rates.
The journey takes roughly 5–10 minutes
Transfer Options from Belfast:
Option 1
A one-way Translink Goldline bus ticket from Belfast (Europa Buscentre) to Ballycastle typically costs around £7.90–£15+, with travel taking roughly 2 to 3 hours, often requiring a change in Ballymena.

Option 2
There is also a train and bus combination:
A one-way trip from Belfast to Ballycastle typically costs around £15.50–£19.90, usually involving a train to Ballymena or Coleraine and a connecting bus, as Ballycastle has no direct train station.

Car Hire is available from all airports and we would recommend a specific scenic route along the Antrim Coastal Route.
(It's been voted among the Top 10 Coastal Drives in Europe)

You can Uber or Taxi (this is the most expensive option)
A taxi or Uber from Belfast International Airport (BFS) to Corrymeela (near Ballycastle) is approximately a 1-hour to 1-hour 15-minute drive, typically costing between £75 and £110+ for a private taxi, or likely higher for a long-distance Uber, depending on traffic and surge demand.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We would prefer to charter a mini bus for all of us.
If we have enough of you arriving at the same time in Belfast,
we can bring you in directly from Belfast straight to Corrymeela
allowing you to take in the journey and relax.
