In this workshop you will find out where your habits come from, what they do to you, why you have them, and how you can change them. You will also receive tools to make the necessary changes.
Habits are choices we have made so many times that we eventually no longer make the choice, but do as we usually do, on reflex. When we do what we always do, we get the results we always used to get.
Breaking habits is usually difficult, because it is unsafe to us. We like safety.
To break our habits we have to feel safe enough to take the next step and challenge ourselves without feeling resistance. Next we need to know what choices we have made untill now, and which ones we can make instead.
If you want to achieve something new, you have to do something new. To make another choice.
Duration 1½-2 hours or a long term workshop of 2-4 weeks.
