Don't die young. Laughter yoga has once again entered into the world press. One of our favorite pieces was a program by Dr Alice Roberts for BBC that confirmed that laughter yoga workouts can cut the risk of heart disease by 50%!

It has recently been proven that laughter is contagious. At University College London researchers have just been able to identify an area in the brain, that reacts when others laugh. We start laughing from being stimulated by someone elses laugh.
